❋ Connection

Meet and celebrate with fellow team members in New Orleans.

❋ Representation

Help create more visibility for Muslim women in endurance sports while also welcoming women from all backgrounds.

Nearly a year ago, a young Muslim girl inspired me to take my running journey seriously.

Since then, running has become one of the ways I’ve learned to challenge myself, build resilience, and show up consistently even when it’s hard.

As a Muslim woman, I’ve often found myself one of very few women who look like me at the starting line. This year, as I prepare for my first full marathon, I’m inviting my sisters in Islam, and women of all backgrounds who resonate with this experience, to join me.
