All events are intentionally curated and have limited capacity.

By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Tickets are non-refundable unless otherwise stated for a specific event

  • Tickets are valid only for the specific event date purchased

  • Amavé Circle may update event details if necessary (including timing, venue, or structure)

Amavé Circle reserves the right to refuse participation if necessary to maintain the safety and integrity of the space.

Content on this website is intended for personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to copy, reproduce, or misuse any materials without permission.

Use of Website

Gathering Registration & Tickets

Event Changes or Cancellation

In the rare case that Amavé Circle must cancel an event, ticket holders will be offered either:

  • a full refund, or

  • the option to transfer their ticket to a future gathering

Photography & Media

Photography and video may be captured during events for promotional and storytelling purposes.

We are intentional about preserving the privacy and comfort of attendees. Efforts are made to avoid clearly identifiable images of guests.

By attending, you acknowledge and agree that limited media capture may occur in a respectful and non-intrusive manner.


Personal Responsibility

By attending an Amavé Circle gathering, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own wellbeing and personal belongings during the event.



Limitation of Liability

Some services (including payments or communications) may be handled through trusted third-party platforms. Amavé Circle is not responsible for the policies or actions of these providers.





To the fullest extent permitted by law, Amavé Circle is not liable for any injury, loss, damage, or unexpected circumstance that may occur before, during, or after attendance at an event.
